Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $30.  We strive to deliver your product within 5-7 business days, if not sooner.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.  Please contact us with your order number.  Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you do not wish to keep the product and want to send it back, returns will depend on USPS but can take up to 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
